Returns the unit of this dimension as derived in the given system of units. Default constructs a CompoundUnit using the base units of the unit system.

Returns the Dimension instance for the "volume" appropriate to the given dimension. In particular, for D = 3, returns Volume.DIMENSION; for D = 2, returns Area.DIMENSION; for D = 1, returns Length.DIMENSION.

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException - if D is not equal to 1, 2, or 3.
